CRM – what is this and who needs whom?

About CRM (Customer Relationship Management) one is talking both in a sense of a company’s marketing strategy within the scope of managing relations with customers, as well as in a sense of tools dedicated to the accomplishment of this strategy. NETCRM is such a tool.

Imagine that you manage the group of sales representatives… As a support you have a system, which is systematically collecting whole knowledge of business contacts (connections) of the representatives, their correspondence, orders, complaints… You know where were they, who they met, what is the outcome of a meeting, an amount and type of order, and – by the way – what intrigues you: where and how do the competitors work, how do they display goods or promotional materials, what marketing activities do they conduct. What more, you know who is your potential customer and which customer generates which incomes (and in what scope), when and in what case did he get in touch, and who gave him the information. The employee being on a sick leave does not take with himself a whole knowledge of a project conducted – everything is in the system.
