NETCRM – how to use it?
The application consists of 6 main functional modules:
- e-mail files – How was it with the customer? You will check in the file containing a complete correspondence between an employee with a customer, thanks to which the record of contacts is kept – from the offer query to the service. Thanks to this file a worker leaving the job will not take the knowledge of a customer with himself.
- customers files – Who is my customer? Have a look at the file, which contains information identifying customers, like: address data, a list of people representing the customer, the history of cooperation with a customer, a list of products sold to the customer, price/descriptive offers prepared for the customer.
- product files – Which product does company X buy most often? It’s simple – just look into the base of products available in your products/services offer plus a list of customers, who bought this product/service. An interesting functionality is (attributed to customers ) a database of service claims reflecting all customers’ comments and opinions.
- employees files – How efficient is Mr. Darek? The easiest is to check in a file EMPLOYEES, where the information is stored about users of the system and tasks carried out by them (e.g. about all the negotiations, in which Mr. Darek takes or took part). But…Mr. Darek has also his private corner – a fold with contact data of people not connected neither with the company nor with the system.
- documentation files – Where is that document? You will find it quickly in system in place, where the electronic documentation of cooperation with customers is stored – correspondence and the documents released (e.g. price offers, descriptive offers, orders, business reports, protocols, etc.). Every document apart from the fundamental content, has attributed additional information identifying the receiver, a document addressee, data and form of transfer (e-mail, post office, fax, print) and other significant data related to the document.
- calendar – What am I supposed to do today? You will be helped by the task calendar presenting them on numerous panels as a list of tasks belated, task to do today, this week or month. It helps the user to plan tasks and analyse the history of their accomplishment.
