NETCRM - for whom?
That is no problem! You can access NETCRM from any place in the world with an access to www. The program works on-line in any Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla). Information entered by users in different units is automatically stored on the server and that is why the rest of users have an access to always up-to-date data.
With NETCRM servicing customers in concordance with set standards is easier than you think. It is enough to enter current binding document patterns and proceeding procedures in given trade or marketing situations. In case such a situation occurs, the program is going to suggest the user what to do next in concordance with a set company’s policy.
You can do it using additional PDA devices, i.e. mobile information carriers (e.g. I-Paq), compatible with the NETCRM application. It is an exceptionally fast way to supply a CRM system with data, to place orders or send queries to the head office/storehouse. We prepared the system to obey the recommendations of the Act and the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data at the highest possible level – „level high”. It is enough to submit an application, which annex constitutes a documentation prepared by us, and the processing data will be registered in GIODO according to the binding Polish law.
