Merlin – how to use it?

• Module GUILD – Who is who? Guild’s employee implements all data about the craft companies, a list of masters, journeymen, and apprentices. additionally, in this module there are necessary documents – certificates, agreements, annexes, and agreements’ cancellations, which may be registered and managed.
  
  
• Module RECEPTION – An apprentice comes to the Chamber… Thanks to the data stored in a system by the Guild, Chamber’s employee may immediately verify apprentice’s data and register an application to admit him to an exam. MERLIN itself automatically will give the number to the application and will prepare a Registry of applications according to requirements of a proper directive.
  Moreover, the applications to admit one to a master exam are registered in this module.
  
  
• Module EDUCATION – Time for an exam! TThis module serves to handle journeyman and master exams, and previously registered applications to admit to an exam constitute the basis of its functioning. At this stage, the system allows for preparing selected documents, including certificates of cofinancing for the craftsman by way of learning the craft by young apprentices.
