We are implementing NETCRM in the Lower Silesian Financial Agency (Dolnośląska Agencja Finansowa - DAF)
In January, the Lower Silesian Financial Agency (DAF) put CRM system selection out to tender. Functional guidelines, which DAF set to contractors involved not only typical functions of trade or management sectors. The key field of functioning of the system is dealing with financial services from the range of Agency’s offers. Eventually, the NETCRM application was the one to be chosen, to which fact many factors had contributed:

First of all, we proposed a system in conformity with GIODO procedures and the Data Protection Act Thanks to the documentation enclosed it is possible to register databases in the Inspectorate General for the Protection of Personal Data (GIODO). It should be remembered that regardless of the necessity to register data, nearly every company in Poland is obliged to prepare so-called “safety policy” related to collecting personal data. Personal data may be e.g. a list of contact people by our clients or a list of our employees. The act exempts such bases from the obligation of their registration in GIODO. However, it is still personal data and their processing should be held prior to the procedures of prepared safety policy.

Secondly, according to our methodology we proposed to prepare an implementation project in the first phase of cooperation. W projekcie między innymi opisaliśmy stan zastany, oczekiwania klienta i opis proponowanych procesów biznesowych (napisanie projektu w DAF było stosunkowo łatwym zadaniem w związku z wdrożonymi u klienta procedurami ISO 9001: 2000). To ostatecznie przekonało klienta do naszego systemu, którego wdrożenie jest obecnie w realizacji.
