EMKA – i.e. - NETCRM in construction sector
A way to integrate actions in territorially dispersed company? A solution for this problem was found by the EMKA from Wrocław, deciding to implement NETCRM and joining its units through one database platform.

EMKA is a company offering and installing recuperators – systems of forced airing of buildings (www.rekuperatory.pl). Outside Wrocław it has its units, among others, in Poznań and Warsaw. Looking for a right solution, a company’s management was putting stress on the efficient work in the Internet environment. The point was to let every user enter data regardless his location. Best – through any Web browser and access to any www network.

The specificity of the construction sector forces one to introduce additional business processes, which we haven’t anticipate do date. Of course these procedures constitute one of the chapters of the implementation project being currently prepared. Fundamental project implementation will take place soon based upon regulations of the project agreed with the client.
